Tenuta l’Illuminata

Località Sant'Anna 30 | La Morra CN

History

Tenuta L'Illuminata is the first of Guido Folonari's wineries, heir to a historic Italian wine family. It all started from an intuition of Guido, who in the early months of 2001 decided to develop an ambitious wine project. "When I decided to start this adventure on my own, I really decided to pick up and go. What was I looking for? I didn't know myself. I was looking for a place that would excite me. I was lucky enough to find three of them". So, in a short time, the three wineries in the most prestigious production areas between Piedmont and Tuscany emerged on the Italian scene and were immediately recognised as Guido Folonari's "the three Killer B's".
